The Home Loan Specialist I is a dynamic role supporting various Channels. The individual acts as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives. Responsibilities may be limited within a specific function/channel or across functions/channels.

Job Description
? Performing routine data entry and validation tasks
? Initiating third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.)
? Reviewing and validating loan documents
? Handling routine calls, emails and/or chat responses
? Assigning and distributing work loads
? Monitoring work queues and intervening as needed
? Interacting with multiple departments to expedite processing and/or issue resolution
? Performing other related duties as required and assigned
? Demonstrating behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values
Ideal Candidate will have the following:
? Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently
? Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment
? Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical skills and sound judgment
? Effective time management skills to deliver work on time
? Capable communicator, written and oral
? Demonstrated proficiency with computers and mainstream computer applications (Microsoft, Google, etc.)
? Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
? General understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local regulations

  • Resolve customer accounts receivable concerns / issues
  • Heard from us within 28 days
  • Work with all functions associated with the loan file review among other duties
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the Home Loans Department products, including investor policies and procedures
  • Ensure necessary information and complete packages
  • Performing tasks in a high volume, time sensitive environment
  • Correct deficiencies and/or obtain missing documents including: Mortgage, Deed of Trust POA, Final title policy
  • Develop new reporting methods that support staff coaching and development
  • Use clinical experience to work with patients and providers in a nontraditional environment where knowledge will make a difference
  • Used in the fulfillment process
  • Handle reporting functions of the CEMA team
  • Coordinate & participate in manager-requested documentation projects
  • Add additional Home Loan Processors in Charlotte, NC
  • Identify and request the appropriate documents required for Liquidation review
  • Prepare necessary cash reconciliation analysis
  • Utilize various systems, such as loan processing systems and internal databases
  • Answering questions and addressing any concerns
  • Analyzing borrower income and assets
  • Received pertain to transfer requirements, dividend payments, reinvestments, lost securities, address changes, account consolidations, account information, on-line access inquiries and information
